How do you approve companies?

We manually approve each company on our Service Octopus. Find out more about our 3 step approval process here.

Isn't it cheaper if I book direct?

We promise you will never pay more with us than by going direct to the company.

If you are offered a cheaper quote, email and let us know. Our objective is to make sure you get the best deal possible.

Complaints, suggestions or feedback?

If you’d like to contact us, shoot us an email on and we’ll aim to get back to you as soon as possible.

If your enquiry is about any of the following, we recommend that you contact the service company directly:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Changes to a booking you’ve already made
  • Cancellations and refunds
  • Complaints about the service
  • Delays or issues on the day of the service

If you are unsatisfied with the service carried out on the day please contact that service company directly.

We encourage customers to leave honest and fair reviews which will be shown on the service companies profile page.

Making a Booking

Parking and congestion charging

If you can provide free parking on the day then chances are you won't need to pay for parking. There may be a charge for congestion charging.

Parking and congestion charges are not part of the quote and may be added on to the balance owed on the day. Please make sure you check with your service provider to avoid any surprises.

Cancel or amend a booking

You will need to contact the company that you booked the service with. Please check your booking confirmation email for their contact information.

Please note that the company may impose a cancellation or amendment fee.

Confirmation email hasn't arrived

Sometimes our emails go to spam. Please check your spam folder and if still can’t see an email contact

Is the service guaranteed?

Most subscriber companies offer a guarantee for their work. If a guarantee is offered this will be displayed when comparing quotes.

If you are unsure about the guarantee after making a booking please contact the company directly.

How do I pay the balance owed?

Each company has its own preferred method of payment. Please contact the company directly to discuss your payment options using the contact information in your booking confirmation email.

About the Service

How long does end of tenancy or deep cleaning take?

We suggest allowing 2-5 hours for a full end of tenancy or deep clean. This will of course depend on the size of the property and the condition.

What does end of tenancy cleaning include?

Companies must meet our basic end of tenancy cleaning checklist as a minimum. We do not offer any guarantees on behalf of any companies that carry out the work.

An end of tenancy clean will include a single oven cleaning. A double oven may incur additional charges.

Do the companies bring their own equipment/supplies?

Yes, prices include the company bringing all the necessary chemicals and equipment needed to carry out the service on the day.
